job requirements

You must be:

25 years of age or over (for insurance purposes).
Fluent in English. An understanding of a foreign language such as Spanish or French is advantageous though not essential.
Travel experience essential preferably throughout the developing world.
Tour leader experience an advantage but not essential.
Willing to work anywhere in the world for a minimum of 15 months at a time. Crew are sometimes asked to stay in a particular area for longer periods if required.
In possession of a valid driving licence. If your application is successful, you will be required to obtain an LGV/PCV licence at your own expense.
Passionate about travel and have a keen interest in different places, people, cultures and traditions.
Keen to learn and to get involved in all aspects of the job, especially regarding the trucks. Knowledge of basic mechanics is an advantage though by no means essential.
